The dress that I ordered did not match the color and fabric of the picture on the website. I wanted to return it and I followed their instructions and still have not received a refund a month later.

I got a bridesmaid dress that looked horrible on me. The dress has too much fabric and doesn’t bring out my best shape. Customer service is pathetic. First, they don’t answer the phone. You just communicate by email. Second, the return policy is not clear. Basically, you can’t return anything you order even if it’s not custom made for one’s measurements. Would not recommend at all. Update 09/12/2023 Customer care reached out following my review above and refunded the full cost of the dress and shipping. They apologized for the inconvenience.

Sadly, the dress I received was terrible. I sent them my custom measurements and the only thing that fits, is the waist. The top is a mile too big and falling off the shoulders. The neckline seam was poorly sown and doesn't lay flat, there is a very noticeable puker below the zipper on the back, and awkward pukers of materials on each side below my hips. The dress is also far too long. Lesson learned.

Horrible company. I placed an order. Received it in a timely manner. The dresses were horrible quality and did not look like they did online. I sent an email to get a return label. Took three emails and over and over a month before they responded. They only wanted to give me a partial refund and make me keep the dresses. To this day they have not refunded my money but I have shipped the dresses back. Also they are not in the USA. They are in China and lie. I would not recommend using this company.

DO NOT USE I got a promotional email from this company and I could see all the emails of other users who got the same email. That is a huge breach of privacy and confidential information.

Oh my word….why would anyone chance ordering a gown from here? My daughter ordered 2 diff color swatches at the beginning of Nov. It took almost 2 weeks to receive and then one color was incorrect. My daughter ordered Burgundy/Wine satin Charmeuse AND DEEP CLARET. (Both in the burgundy family) Why in the world would she receive HUNTER GREEN???? We hate GREEN!!! Abby (my daughter) contacted AW Bridal immediately by email and they responded another swatch would be mailed out but again 7-10 days wait. Well swatch just arrived….Dang HUNTER GREEN AGAIN!!! What is the problem with the dang swatches??? We hate GREEN! We want what we ordered and paid for! We need the DEEP CLARET swatch or a REFUND! If you can’t get the swatches correct, why would anyone take the chance on a gown from AW BRIDAL??? Oh, and forget about making a phone call to ask what the problem is…..won’t answer the phone.

If you want to give money to an unethical company, purchase from AW Bridal. I need to return a dress and they are requesting that I mark it as a "gift" and only claim that it is worth $20 (the dress is actually worth $117) to avoid customs fees and have stated that they will refuse the parcel if I do not do this. You must declare returned goods when shipping overseas. I will not be complying with their shady request. They are located in China and the shipping through USPS will cost $68. This whole return process has been terrible with them refusing to give me a return address at all at first; it took many back and forth emails to convince them to provide me with the needed info in the first place. If there is any chance at all you might have to return your item, do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with AW Bridal.
