AwardWallet Plus is the best $50 I spend each year. The peace of mind is priceless.

AwardWallet has been a lifesaver for me. I used to keep a spreadsheet of all my loyalty accounts, but this app does it automatically. Flight alerts are super accurate too—sometimes faster than the airline!

Five stars without hesitation! Easy to use, clean interface, and reliable updates. It saves me money by reminding me to use my miles before they expire.

Very useful app, but I wish the interface was more modern. Functionality is excellent though.

I was once a loyal supporter of AwardWallet and happily paid for its services when it offered something truly unique. However, lately, the platform has become increasingly unreliable—failing to track most accounts, constantly throwing errors, and displaying warnings, likely due to widespread MFA adoption. Even the Chrome extension, a key feature, no longer functions as it should. If AwardWallet believes a significant price increase is justified, then the quality of service should at least match that expectation. Instead, most features are now broken, making it frustrating to continue paying for a service that no longer delivers. What was once a valuable tool has become a source of disappointment. They are more expensive than Netflix in India, it no longer a need now.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced. We completely rebuilt our Chrome extension as Version 3 and rolled it out at the end of last year. It’s now far more reliable, stable, and fully supports modern MFA flows—so if you’re still seeing errors or tracking issues, it sounds like you might be on an older build. Could you please reach out to our support team at https://awardwallet.com/contact or via the in-app menu? We’ll make sure you’re upgraded to the latest version and troubleshoot any remaining account-tracking hiccups. Regarding our recent price adjustment—from $30 to $50 per year—it wasn’t a decision we took lightly. The change helps us continue investing in core functionality (like the v3 extension), server infrastructure, and new features. However, that doesn’t excuse any gaps in our service. We’d love the chance to make this right for you. If you give us the opportunity, we’ll work with you directly to get everything running smoothly again. Once we’ve resolved your issues, we hope you’ll consider updating your review to reflect your experience with our newest release. Thank you again for your patience and for being an early supporter of AwardWallet. We look forward to restoring your confidence in our service! — Alexi on behalf of the AwardWallet Team

I purchased the "Plus" version after the recent price increase. I'm surprised they didn't charge this much before: This site, when used properly, offers unique functionality not found elsewhere in the travel/credit card point space. Of particular value, is it's ability to aggregate actual data on how merchants code and points awarded, and then do that for your own transactions. This allows you to know what *should* provide optimal reward, what *did* provide optimal award for others, and whether or not *you* earned the optimal reward by using the right card for a given transaction. I've not seen this in any other product: others might tell you what a merchant 'should' code as. AwardWallet does that and then tells you what it *does* code as. These are the "Merchant Lookup Tool" and "Transaction Analyzer", respectively. AwardWallet does more, including tracking not only your points balances across MANY award programs, not just credit cards and travel. Most of this is automated, although certain airlines have blocked AwardWallet's direct access. There are workarounds for this. It includes another complete feature in trip itinerary timelines. I use TripIt Pro for this, so I haven't had a chance to compare, but if you're not using that, than this looks like it works great. Their blog is regularly updated with relevant travel/point articles. It is the *ONLY* site I permit to send me notifications in my browser, as I'm keenly interested in points news as it happens. Customer service response has been top notch (and patient). When I submit an issue, I get a personal response within hours. Certain issues have been user error, but when it's not they've fixed things within a day. Like all other tools in this space, it's not the end-all be all, and sometimes it just doesn't work right. The data sources are changing constantly, so I'm not surprised. Also, there is room for improvement: Transaction analysis is only happening for primary transferrable points cards. So, for example, I might accidentally use my amex card to buy gas, when I have a Wyndham Earner Business Card just for that (8x). While AW does track my Wyndham points, it doesn't know about my Wyndham Barclays card, so it will suggest something yet another card for me to use instead. In cases like these, for now, you just have to think for yourself. Overall one of the best travel and points earning tools in my arsenal.
