Hi Joy, Thank you so much for your kind words about our designs and quality! I truly appreciate your support and feedback. I always strive to offer the best products, and costs have gone up which has affected pricing. I've had to adjust my pricing to stay in business. Regardless, I'm glad you were able to participate in the sale. Keep an eye out for future promotions, I'd love to have you shop with us again! Best, Devon

Hey there, sorry to hear thar you've had some trouble with our sizing. I apologize for any inconvenience. Your recent order (Rhythm of Silence Embroidered Hoodie) is actually labeled as a slightly fitted hoodie on our site. That's why it's more narrow than your previous orders. We've been exploring other hoodie options since we're working on improving the quality of our hoodies. We really wanna make sure that everyone is satisfied with their Awake Happy experience, so we have a hassle-free return policy in place. I've emailed you to help you out with a size exchange for that recent order. Let me know if that sounds good to you! Best, Devon

Hey Ashley, I'm really sorry about this. I can confirm that our classic pink sweatshirt does seem to pill more easily than the rest. The good news is we’ve been trying out a new garment. I'd love to send that to you free of charge to make up for this mishap. I’ll send you an email and get you a new one ASAP. Best, Devon
