Great customer service! Very responsive and focused on meeting my needs.

I ordered 3 tops from Avulea for my wife. She loves them. But, I ordered 2 different sizes not knowing which one was right for her. Margaret, from Avulea’s customer service was more than helpful in helping me correct the wrong size. I look forward to ordering from them again. My wife has Alzheimer’s so these are easy for her to get on and off.

I ordered what I thought would be the correct size - I was right on the line between 2 sizes and chose poorly. Customer service was prompt in answering and the problem is being taken care of above what I was expecting.

All the issues that I had were handled very professionally. I am very pleased with the way that they do business and yes, I will re-order again and I would recommend you to others. Thank you.

You said you would be shipping me the order again is a size smaller at no additional charge. But I have not recieved my replacement order. Sharon Haver

The sizes run small. By their size chart my wife wears a 3XL and they were to small. Went to size 4XL and it still didn't fit. If they don't fit you have to pay for shipping them back or keep them and get 30% refund

I order the wrong size and wanted to return my bra tanks, so I sent an email and explained what had happened and they sent me a complete order to replace my original order for the correct size. They told me to just get rid of my original order that I did not have to send them back. You dont normally get such positive help. I can only say positive things for this company as they will make things right. Their products feel great, fit very well and are extremely comfortable. Now I will order the other colors they have as you can not go wrong with this company they stand behind their word. Thank you for the great customer service.

What a great company!! My first order turned out to be the wrong size for me. Margaret reached out to me the very same day and agreed to replace my order with a bigger size. I can't wait to get them. The material is so soft and silky. Thank you Margaret from Avulea.
