I originally gave them a negative review but, after several back and forth discussions, we eventually came to an agreement and settled the misunderstandings. Their product was not a good fit for me, but I returned it and got a full refund.

They will do everything not to refund and the size runs small so a large is small and a small is probably triple small. And it’s in EU sizes so be careful there as well. And you have to pay attention to the color before you buy. You may think you’re getting black because that’s the photo, but it ends up being another color.

This company is horrible to deal with. I have 21 emails back and forth just trying to make a return due to wrong size and get a refund! 2 months later...after shipping it back to the address they gave me and supplying them with the tracking number, I still have no refund!!! They did verify that they received it 2 days after I shipped it. Every email they tell me it will be just a FEW MORE DAYS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
