Very seldom, if ever, do I rate anything with 5 stars as I believe there is always room for improvement. However, AVULEA is an exception. Not only is the product as freeing as advertised, the Customer Service is truly what made me leap to 5. I need to return the bra tanksI ordered and received. I started emailing from the contact portion of the Avulea website and from my personal email. I have not received a response as of yet. I started emailing through the website on the day I received my bra tanks. I had read the Money back, no questions asked in the shopping site . Then I read the policy return from the same website the next day. I feel totally misled. The return policy gives instructions that totally contradict the "no questions asked" claim. I just want to return the bra tanks. all 4 of them.

Customer service is awsome. Very easy to work with. They responded quickly to my correspondence and were understanding of my issue. The product is well made, high quality. Hoping the resolution works.

I ordered three bra tops from Avulea. Because they were too tight I asked for a refund and was planning to exchange them. What I was offered was to keep the ones I have and they would send me three more in a larger size. The Response time was reasonable, and I really appreciate their customer service and kindness.

Once I figured out how to respond to the email you were quick to respond to me. Very pleased with your reply to send me another size. I usually do not like to order on line, but you have made it a pleasant experience.

I purchased three tanks based on the suggested sizing (I'm usually a medium and I ordered large) and they were extremely tight and uncomfortable. I have since asked for a full refund and have had no response. Terrible customer service!

I just received my tank and was pleasantly surprised. The fit is perfect, it’s very comfortable, material soft and I can’t wait to wear it. Margaret, at Customer Service, was very helpful and kept in contact until it arrived. I’m very pleased with my Avulea tank.
