Excellent customer service!

So far, service has been great. Needed a larger size after my initial order was received. Swift reply to my request for exchange. Hopefully, shipment will arrive soon of the new size. Feel good, looking forward to the new size as I won't feel quite as squeezed.

Two tops that I ordered arrived as scheduled. It was so small that I was not able to get the top on to try it. I decided that the tops looked too much like undergarments for my taste. I emailed to ask how to return them for a refund. I received a prompt reply from customer service who offered to send a larger size and said I didn't need to return the tops. I asked again for the address to return the top and get a refund. Over several emails, I was offered 40% up to 70% of my cost refunded without having to return the tops. When I finally got the address and returned the tops, it took a month for the refund to be posted. The representative was kind, but the return process was awful.

I had an issue with fit. Margaret wrote back within a few hours, asked me a few questions and is replacing my order. I can’t tell you the last time I have had a company correspond so promptly, made me feel important and resolved my issue within 24 hours. Thank you so much. You are a wonderful company and I look forward to sharing your products with my friends and family.
