The experience I had was very good. The company was extremely helpful with the issues I described to them, and offered to help me, as well as sending another bra tank to me, as well as allowing me to keep the one I originally bought. I was very happy with the correspondence and the attention I received.

I originally ordered the tank in black just to try it out. I was so pleased with it that I also ordered it in white. They are so comfortable… Especially with the straps that don’t slip off my shoulders and the fact that there’s no underwire. Amazing look and fit….I couldn’t be more pleased! I decided this would be my new “go to” bra and ordered a 3rd one in “nude”. When I received it, it wasn’t really the color I thought it would be and contacted customer service to see what my options were to exchange for another color or get a refund. They were so helpful and immediately offered to send me another color free of charge…..that’s what I call excellent customer service!! You really can’t go wrong’s with this tank bra. I give it 5 stars for fit AND great customer service!

I tried a few different brands of tanks, but the pads for the bra moved out of place. Avulea tanks are sewed in place and are comfortable and come in many colors! I ordered a medium size and they were slightly tight so I asked to return and replace. Avulea sent me large and told me to keep the medium. Great customer sevice I didn't expect!!

I ordered the size I thought was right for me given my own measurements and their size guide, but when I got it, it was way too small. I contacted Customer Service and they said they'll ship the next size up within 7 days, and I didn't have to return the original one, which made the transaction much easier.

If you want a comfortable--and attractive--alternative to a constrictive bra--this is the product to order. What a find! I've placed four separate orders, and each one has been delivered correctly in a timely manner. On one order, I accidentally placed a duplicate, reached out to the support team, and they were able to catch it pre-shipment to provide a full refund. Now that's great customer service!

I love these! They are meticulously designed and so soft! I am 85 and and these so easy to put on and there is NO need to adjust throughout the day. I will never buy another bra and I will buy one of these in every color they have.
