Quick response to my email Replacement offered

I ordered 5 tank tops. The advertisement they send out show finished necklines and arm holes. What I received directly from Avulea had unfinished edges and ran 2-3 sizes smaller than tagged. They are now sending out advertisements about a copycat knock-off that has unfinished necklines and arm holes next to a photo of a garment with finished neckline and arm holes. They themselves are sending the knock-off to their own customers!! I wrote and stated my problems with the garments and wanted to return them. They refused to give me an address to send them to and they have not returned my money on their 90 day refund policy. At $27 plus’s dollars each after taxes, save your money and shop elsewhere. Very, very disappointed. I had such high hopes and walked right into a scam.

The tanks are so soft and made well had to size up and customer service was excellent! Thank you!!

Dealing with Margaret in Customer Service made my experience great! She happily replaced my order when the garment I received was too small. She responded quickly, always with a helpful attitude and always within a day's time. In all my time of receiving products, Margaret stands out!

The exchange took a while to be delivered, but Margaret’s customer service was kind and prompt.

Comfort and style. The first thing I noticed about Avulea is no underwires! At 81 years old that is golden! But the second thing is the Customer Service. I ordered the wrong size and fit. Margaret, not only helped me thru careful resizing but sent me a replacement, asap. I love the look, the comfort and Customer care. Please try it and you will love it too! Teresa

Great company! I ordered a size that was too small and asked for a larger size. They were very accommodating and promptly sent me the another size. I love the tank top . It’s very comfortable and I’ll be ordering more.
