Great immediate response on my order that was not fitting right and ordering a new size that will fit better at no charge. Hoping it will fit better once it arrives.

I don’t even know where to start. As we had recently moved, I submitted an incorrect address for shipment purposes. When I realized what I had done, I sent an email to the company, asking if there was anything they could do to help me. I received a quick response and assurance that I was not to worry, that they would make sure my order got to me at the correct address. I have not seen a company so dedicated to true Customer Service in a very long time. Further, when I tried the ordered item on, I was disappointed in the fit. I sent another email and stated that I would not be returning the items, as I just wanted to let them know the difficulties I was having with the fit. I soon received an email telling me that I should choose my item with the size guide included in the email, and they would send me a replacement free of charge. I am so impressed with this company. I truly pray they have nothing but success going forward. They are a class act.
