They don’t refund and make it hard to cancel. Once you cancel they keep billing you. App does not work. Set up is impossible.

Number didnt work. When they charge you - you get an email saying they will call within minutes to set up your account.... days later - no call - the number did not work. Think this is a scam. Called - sent emails ...

Not a good experience with the sales team. Even I did not hear anything from them. No one is getting back to me. haha

Our Account was hacked on Avoxi and they billed us $1400 and failed to issue us a refund. This is a scam company

Didn't even get past the sales team... I had a simple question they refused to answer without me providing all my personal information!

Currently we're actively in process of locating and switching the providers. The current AVOXI service team has failed for almost 4 months to rectify their billing errors. Despite having all the necessary written information to address the issue at hand, including their written promises to rectify it, the promises have not materialized. What's worse is constant rotation of team members and issuing multiple cases for same unresolved problem, not familiar with previous cases, including failing to read full records indicating obvious clerical errors. Their service also closes the case immediately upon their responses causing you to get a new case everytime you message them back...Before posting this review we have done our due diligence and tried patiently, multiple times to rectify the issue with their customer service to no avail. We'll attempt one last time to rectify prior to dropping this service. We've been their loyal customer for multiple years, with balances paid like clockwork, unfortunately none of that matters, as they made our service inoperable while this issue is being resolved...AVOXI doesn't seem to care about customers the way we would expect it per common industry standards. To exacerbate the issue there is no concern about customer's ability to use the service, while they address their clerical errors. Very disappointing.

Beware and run. you might think that the company looks legit from the website and all the toll free numbers provided but believe me, its not. Hopefully you can read this and prevent yourself some pain. Signed up for a service. Waited and didn't work for a day. Called multiple times. each time they say case is open and someone will get back to me. No one did. After wasting few hrs on calls, asked for cancellation and refund. even for that they opened a case and said someone will get back to me.
