We received a bed frame that could not be put together because the holes were drilled wrong. It has been over a week and after numerous attempts to get help with this we have yet to receive any replacement part so that we can put our bed together properly. In order ot have a place to sleep we drilled our own holes, but it's not stable. Go elsewhere. This is not worth it.

This company is supposed to be people & eco-friendly. Unfortunately, I REALLY regret purchasing from them! They have a live person available when you want to buy, but after that-good luck on getting any actual customer service! 1.) I paid $10 extra for signature required on delivery to try to protect my item. BUT they didn't even set it up that way (maybe because I live in an apt.? But other vendors were able to still send with signature on it). I asked for a refund & their AI just said they give no refunds for shipping. 2.) They give little communication on when you can expect delivery (you get an email after paying saying some crazy 30 days, then hear nothing & then get some email saying it's coming soon & then it's tomorrow!) 3.) I guess fast shipping is great (though a bit of notice would be helpful so you can be there). BUT what ISN"T GOOD is when then you get a notification from FedEx that Avocado didn't put a label on well enough, so now it's stuck in transit! I contact Avocado & all I got was, here's your tracking info.-follow up with FedEx. They completely ignored me asking when I could expect delivery by now! This company has gotten too big for its breeches & doesn't respect its customers/stay true to its ethos.

Company did not honor their warranty. Mattress was sagging more than 1.75 inches in two spots within 36 months.

I waited weeks for a duvet and cover from Avocado. When it finally arrived, the cover tore after one gentle wash. Masie S., their "Customer Experience Service Manager", offered me a vague “priority remake”—aka more waiting—and no accountability. For a company that sells “luxury” and “sustainability,” they’re shockingly careless with quality and customer experience. Extremely disappointed and would never purchase again.

Everything was bad about this experience. I’ ve waited 7 months to write this review to make sure i disliked the product and not just the AWFUL delivery experience (i was verbally assaulted by one of the employees) No, i dislike the bedframe that cost thousands of dollars and requires rags and washcloths to stop the squeaks. Customer service is a joke. I got a $50 credit to use at the store on a $3200 purchase, when i informed them about the delivery experience. I hadn’t even opened the box to discover the problems inside. That is not a joke. You will be wasting your time and your money on this company. Don’t let the ‘green’ label sell you. Read the reviews. ---_------------------------ I really do think that if it were possible to rank -5 to -10 , I would give them, and very likely others would also. *Pay attention to how they use 3 Rd party shippers and then pass the blame. Zero accountability* I've never encountered this before with a delivery service, where I hav been verbally abused, with someone using F#$+ multiple times. I felt it necessary to come back and edit my review, for others to avoid this company at all costs.

Purchased a Foundation with Legs. It came missing an entire support beam, damaged length-wise plank, and in the wrong color. The customer support is the worst I've ever encountered. They claim everything is made in the good ol USA, they gaslight you into believing everything is quality checked and it is not. For a month I tried to get the missing pieces and then they send the wrong one that had already been used and damaged. Your rep goes dark 5 times before you get any sort of resolution and their demeanor is to basically blame the customer for their issues. The headache and time put into such a low quality product and horrible customer experience shaved years off my life. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Lemon of a worthless Avocado product.

We purchased a green mattress in a king size in the fall of 2020 for close to $2000 and had issues as soon as we received it, it was super uncomfortable when I reached out they recommended a topper which which we also purchased for an additional $800 to try to remedy and it did not help and then the mattress started to sag on both sides horribly. We reached out again and they wouldn’t do anything even though they have a 25 year warranty process and when I asked to write a review, they said I could only email support and wouldn’t offer any link to write a review on their website, super unethical company, I do not support this company at all nor will I purchase any mattresses from them in the future. Be very west as there are a lot of reviews I’m finding elsewhere because they don’t let you review on their site unless it’s positive. Very shady.
