Avis Car RentalReviews of avis.us

I live in Tallahassee Florida and I was in an emergency situation and dire need of a rental car. After being scammed once and almost scammed again in the same day, I called Avis/Budget at the Tallahassee airport, they said come in. So I did,I wasn't there more than 5 minutes and Lauren was so nice, professional, and quick!! She made it possible for my husband and I to see his father before he passed away!! Excellent service from Lauren she's an angel!! Upon returning the vehicle everything went smooth as well no more than a couple minutes at the counter, I was stressed out and I can't remember the girl's name but she was sweet too!! Best customer service all the way around!! Please check with Avis/Budget before you rent anywhere else!! I would give them 10 Stars if I could!!

I stayed at Universal Sapphire falls and rented a car from in house Avis. I dealt with Edgar and it was a real pleasure. I received a great price booking online and there was absolutely no problems in picking up the car and drippoing it off. There were no extra charges and had absolutely no issues at all. Because of the ease of it, wetwice rented. Many thanks Edgar.

We had picked up our car at the airport over an hour of ahead of time. I had made a mistake and chosen a pickup time too far in advance of when the plane had landed. The total price for the rental was larger than the total indicated on the reservation; the computer calculated extra time for the rental since I was picking up early. The staff member was able to work the problem out so I did not have to pay the extra amount. I appreciate the effort made to save me money.

From start to finish our experience with AVIS was great. Service at MBS airport was outstanding.
