Was approached by sales person passing out free samples of soap. Then lured into the shop for an eye treatment with a free infared facial. With every no there was a slew flattery and pressure to live better and the promise of the most amazing results. The whole this is a high pressure sales scam with pretty packaging. Be warned your about to drop $300-$2500 on products you dont need, dont work any better than $60 products and cant be returned. If walking by one of there stores move to the other side like you've just clocked a pick pocket! Because they will. Run dont walk to avoid the beauty thirst trap they set!

They want your money for over priced beauty items. I did buy the eye cream but not at the price they wanted. I too got the damaged box product. The manager tried to sell me the facial care package for $5,500. It included several refills of the facial care package and some sort of facial treatment. Yes I heard about the wrinkles (which I have very little of) but my response was I earned every single one. I'm not vain and they don't bother me at all.

Do not get sucked into store in highlands, NC. They are preying on older wealthy population in that area. None of their products work! Do not fall for their “I will sell you an open box, etc”. Their products are worthless and will not let you leave once you are in the store. Store Should be closed

This scam has set up shop in my town (Hendersonville, NC) and are always aggressive and awful while trying to peddle their trash “skin care”. I am practiced in ignoring them but today they targeted my elderly mother while she was out trying to buy a gift. The salesperson/scammer coerced her inside and after unsuccessfully trying to force thousands of dollars of products she didn’t need on her, he yelled at her and walked to the back room, leaving her all alone to show herself out. These grifters even offered her financing plans and tried to shame her about how much she could afford. Despicable people and “business”.

I would give this a 0 if it were a choice. High pressure sales people couldn't get away. I think the lighting in the store shows effects you will not have at home. To finally get us to buy they offered buy one get one free so my friend and I split the price. I'm so glad we didn't fall for the light that went from a few thousand to a payment plan of 65.00.a month. I had to get really nasty to get away from them. Do go into the stores.

My daughter and I went into the mall in Tricities, WA. I got sucked into their compliments and questions, not going to lie. I was supposed to pay $100 + taxes, then was given a card for a *free 5 minute red light treatment*. I was told to come back in 15 minutes and everything would be ready, they held my purchase hostage for those 15 minutes. We came back, and got my bag, the man doing the red light treatments asked me where my worry spots were, expecting my 5 free minutes. Instead, he wanted to do a full red light treatment for $1,000 and he compared it to plastic surgery. When I got home and checked the bag, I was charged the full price of $200 +taxes. I'm not happy, down right disgusted! Out $100 and the "free 5 minute treatment"

Trapped in conversation while walking around in Highlands,NC. Very nice guy, but a hawker. Husband!! Of all people got me to go in. Under eye product demoed. Works well to tighten the skin and pull away wrinkles, bags under eyes, but it isn’t a “treatment” as sold, it is a daily surface application. I bought some. If you do NEVER pay aski g price. I said no 3 times and it came down $100 and gave me a large container of night cream. THE NEXT THING is passing you off to a “red light laser” device salesman. Absurdly expensive$3500.00 and will NOT take no. Got pissed off when he finally realized I wasn’t going to pay “only” $1000.00. These people are shysters. Watch out. I’ll use the eye anti wrinkle solution but it’s only a daily application cosmetic not a long term treatment. The problem is they are so good at their sales pitch you won’t know it until you get home and realize it.

Someone at the door saying "I love your dress" to lure me inside the shop, then proceeded to give me a "free" treatment that just made my eyes tight for the rest of the night and also told me "I won't leave you looking like a zombie" and then giving you fake compliments afterwards. Price of the products are 350 and 1200, will say they give you a package of three of the "stem cell" products and then they expect you just to drop 300 dollars on stuff that made my skin red.
