My business is small so I do most of my own printing, that being said I use Avery’s labels and design program and it has worked great for me! As my company grows I am looking forward to being able to source out my label printing 😁 and Avery will do a great job I’m sure! I will add I do have my lip balm labels currently printed by Avery and they turn out great every time!

Great product, fast shipping. Would like to see them offer more labels in roll form in Kraft paper, thermo rolls in Kraft paper too. But all in all, a great product!

I called Avery on the toll-free number to discuss a problem with a recent order. I requested a call back, since customer service was so busy and the hold time was approximately 20 minutes. 30 or so minutes later I got a call back and pressed 1 to talk to a customer service representative. I waited and eventually the automated system went silent and I was soon hung up on.

I've been using Avery for the last few years since starting our business. The negative is that they are not the cheapest, but as we get multiple labels printed, we save in shipping. Other companies have charged shipping per item ordered. I have found their website easy to navigate and haven't had any significant problems with our labels and we've ordered plenty. I would recommend them overall if you need multiple varied items printed. I also download their templates when I print my own labels with no issues.
