Hi Kaycee, we are sorry about this. I reached out to Darnetta and we're having trouble locating the conversation you had with her. We definitely want to make sure we can assist you. I'm going to request more information from you. If you could provide me with your email address or an order number, this would help point us in the right direction on how to better assist you.

Once I called and asked for help, I was told exactly what to do, how to access Avery and what to do step by step until it was all done. I could not have expected or asked for better results.

I've been working with Avery for 3 years now. I had one issue around 1 year ago where they sent me the wrong type of label paper. After calling them, they responded immediately and sent be the labels with the correct paper type. Everyone make mistakes, but every day is more difficult to find companies with a great customer service. 5 Stars for that.
