We’ve been using Avery products for years and always trusted them for high-quality, professional labels. But our latest order has left us seriously disappointed. We ordered 2,500 of the EPPW60X130-R labels and they arrived in flimsy, battered boxes with no internal protection at all. The labels were just loosely stacked inside — several dozen were misaligned, with bent corners. For what’s supposed to be a premium product, it felt incredibly careless. Avery used to set the standard, but the quality and attention to detail have clearly gone downhill. It feels like everything’s being done on the cheap now, and the end result suffers for it. Really hoping they turn things around, but right now, this isn't the Avery we used to know.

I like the quality of self printing my own business cards, but to print them you have to save them first, which is OK if you plan to use the design again. But if it is only one time than you still have to save it and then print it. Why is it necessary to have an account to do any type of printing yourself, unless you are planning on the design again?

Avery will send labels not as you designed them, and then offer credit to "fix the problem" (more business for them!). Now I have a bunch of useless labels and have to order more. What a scam.

Website ok, upload of label design ok. Delivery ok. Great labels,very happy with them. But customer service is appalling. I sent a chat-message asking a question, the email I had back was so short and unhelpful. I also phoned them as I had a query on the upload of the design and the woman I spoke to sounded so fed up just answering the phone, and continued to be short and impatient and very unfriendly. May go elsewhere

I use the online editor and projects to print stickers. I need a much faster way to copy and paste multiple stickers at once. I have between 4 and 10 that repeat and are constantly changing. WHY can't we copy and paste objects from one project to another? There is absolutely no way to contact after-hours. They only list a phone number and Live chat. No email and you can't leave a message on the Live Chat to be read later :( The printing part works fantastically.

So I ordered a small order of 4 sets of 48 labels. Paid for standard shipping and waited... And waited... And waited... When they finally shipped the 8 sheets of labels (over a week later), they were delivered much faster than expected (thanks UPS), this was the only part of the process that I was satisfied with. When the order arrived we checked the labels to find 48 of 2 and 96 of 1... the last 48 were missing. I called on the 17th first thing in the morning and was told that they would happily rush a revision with the right labels. I received notification within a couple minutes that the rush order had been placed. Today, another 5 days later, the now 2 sheets of labels needed still haven't even been printed... I'm told they may arrive on Thursday the 23rd... Entirely frustrating. Why on earth does it take $10.00 and a weeks time to print a couple standard size sheets of labels??? Not really expecting a great response from Avery but hopefully someone else is able to avoid having such a frustrating experience.
