Super expensive and doesn't live up to the hype. I danced around purchasing this for months before I finally bought it, but when I finally broke down, I was really hoping it would work. I am disappointed. I have been using it for 6 weeks and haven't even shown a slight improvement. I like the way the dew feels, so i gave it two stars... but even that isn't worth the price point.
The bottles are faulty and leaky, so an update in packaging for the cleanser and toner is needed.

Questionable
I bought this product due to amazing results on saw on users via Instagram. I have been using it for two weeks and my skin had progressively gotten worse, I never had cystic acne just normal breakouts on my chin. Now my skin has purple painful welts all over. I’m freaking out! I’m scared to keep using as it seems it is causing my breakouts not curing. Is this the “purge”? It’s so awful my self esteem went from 75 to 0.

When starting new products, it changes and alters the state of your current skin, and it does take time for the skin to adjust. The two-week mark is when we typically see purging occur. The reason for this is because skin naturally exfoliates in a 28-60 day cycle. When this happens, and shedding of skin mixes with bacteria and oil on your face and creates a clogged pore. Our products and products in general that contain active ingredients rapidly speed up this exfoliation process and turnover old skin cells for new ones.
Breakouts can form and fester under the skin and pop up anywhere between 1-8 weeks. Some breakouts will pop up quickly, and others fester under the skin before appearing. When you add in these new products, it accelerates all breakouts to the surface of the skin at the same time. These breakouts have already been there; they are just now showing up more quickly because of this accelerated process with the new products. We have had many of our customers comment that this is exactly what has happened to them, and then they cleared up. Each skin case is unique on how long this process can take because it depends on where your skin is at in its exfoliation cycle when you started the products and also how much inflammation is found below the skin surface. This doesn't happen to every customer, but it depends on the inflammation below the surface and how much the products have to work through. If you notice we have a lot of customer reviews that mention they broke out more and then had excellent results. I know it is scary and seems counterproductive to have a product that causes more breakouts when it is supposed to heal breakouts, but it is due to the above factors, and usually, when we see this it means the product is working for you, and you just have to give it more time. I want to try this product out
I'm skeptical to try this product line because I can't afford to buy these products and if they don't work I'll be sad. They should do a refund in a month if the product doesn't work. Why can't you provide sample sizes for those who want to try this product and are unsure about it at first like I am.. I seen that review about the bottle shattering cuz they accidentally dropped it. How does your customer care go? Do they get a replacement if they can provide proof it broke? Like a picture of it? I'll love to try this product but I have very sensitive combination skin. I used to use curology but it stopped working for me so I'm on a hunt for new products that's natural and no harsh chemicals.

When starting new skincare that contains active ingredients, the skin takes time to adjust. Active ingredients help speed up skin cell turnover and can bring any breakouts that have already formed under the skin to the surface. During this purging phase, skin can experience more breakouts before it clears, so a sample size of the products would not be enough time spent with the products to see how they can benefit the skin. Everyone's skin is different. Some users see results in a few weeks, while others need a few months, it depends on your unique skin and contributing factors such as hormones, stress, diet, medication, etc.
Our products are dermatologist tested and approved, and were created with sensitive skin in mind. The products work to balance skin types such as combination, oily, and dry and bring skin to a healthy, nourished state.
