Hi Melissa, we understand this must be frustrating. Our skincare is so unique which is why we first educate our customers about how it works in detail on our Help Center page, and in the FAQs found on each product page. Each person is unique in how long it takes to clear up. Some need a couple weeks, some need a couple months. Depending on how long you have been dealing with breakouts and how much inflammation is below the surface will dictate how long it takes to see results. It takes time to help reduce the inflammation below the surface of the skin and to work through the breakouts you have had for many weeks, months, or years. This is based on your skin and the nature of the way breakouts work. So, in our experience, many panic and think the products are not working, and want to stop using them, when all their skin needed was more time. We ask that you give it a chance, understand the above process, and not give up too soon, but work through the process. Thank you for giving our skincare a chance.

Hi Ryanne! 5 days before an order processes a reminder email is sent. It sometimes goes to spam. If you can do a search for "Upcoming order from Averr Aglow" and find it and mark it as not spam, that should solve the issue. We are so sorry about that!
