My recent purchase was delivered broken…
My recent purchase was delivered broken and took over 7 weeks to be delivered. I will not purchase from here again very disappointed and not pleased with my purchase for the price of it.....

Rose, I just checked our TSC history with your order and you never sent a message that it was broken. We would have paid for return shipping and sent you a new one. I assure you it was not shipped broken so it's a shock to me. You ordered the item on 11/3/25 and it arrived 11/24/25 which is standard for shipping from the USA to Canada. That's 3 weeks not 7.

Advert not as it seems
I have been completely miss lead by the advert and after many attempts to get an address to return to or a shipping address in am still waiting. Feeling completely frustrated and embarrassed about be so gullible.

Marie, this isn't the place to ask for a shipping update. I contacted you on the website that you ordered the item from. I gave you a link so you could watch the shipping status. It's shipped DHL so it should take much longer. I've also asked DHL for updates on this order and will contact you if I see any delays.
