I ordered a size 32/34 swimsuit cover. I received it in size 14/16. When ai contacted customer service I was told that I ordered it in a14/16. Why would I do that? I think something is wrong with their website. Even though it was their fault I was told that I would have to send it back on my dime. This would be very expensive for me because I am in Canada. I would have bought another cover if they would pay for the shipping but I was told this was not possible. I don't think they care one bit about customer satisfaction. I won't be ordering from them again because I am skeptical that I will receive the size I order.

0 stars. Avenue stole about $150+ from me. I ordered two items, and they shipped them to me without tags. One item shipped without a tag could have been a mistake, but both of them? One of the items was too small. It looked like it had shrunk in someone else's dryer and been returned. The other was too large. Avenue refused to take the items back without tags and wanted to donate the items and charge me MORE for donating them. I could not reach them by phone. They will never get another penny from me or my friends.

Extremely upset! I apparently wasted 2 hours of my time placing an order for 27 clearance items. Only to get an email they were all canceled because they no longer carry the item! I understand glitches in the system but on all 27 items! To add insult to injury I found some of the same items on the clearance site again today for a higher clearance price! I was offered a 20% discount for my trouble! I won’t use it . They apparently don’t have anything in stock to purchase! I also have to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund! Not very good business practices!

I had the same experience with the clearance sale items being cancelled. Customer service was indifferent to the situation. Not sure we are getting what really happened. First back ordered then cancelled for unverified information. Will not give them my business again. The 20% off just added insult to injury. Almost every week there in 40% or 50% off. Do they believe we are stupid?

I wish I could give negative stars. Spent 3 hours a few nights ago ordering a very large quantity of clearance items. Today, I received an email saying, 'oops, sorry.......NONE of the items you ordered are available.' Received a code for 20% off my next order. Ya, right. I'll never spend another penny there again. It would seem customer service could not care less about these errors, and making them right. Don't shop there.

I bought a pair of boots for under $40 on the Avenue website. Months later, I find out that somehow, i was signed up for an avenue credit card which according you them is how I paid for my boots. I have no email confirmation of this said credit card and no physical card was ever mailed to me. I now owe avenue over $200 and my credit score dropped significantly. Never shopping with Avenue again.

Bought a gift card for a friend's birthday. They went to go use it and the 100 I put on wasnt there. It took an hour in the store and a phone call the next morning to get the funds on the gift card. And the messed up part I didnt even get I am sorry here's 10 dollars for the issues you had and inconvenience you had. NEVER AGAIN

I only wish I had read the reviews before I bothered trying to purchase!! I ordered a dress to wear to my wedding and ordered using express shipping which was to be 2 day FedEx shipping. Two days after I ordered I received a notification that my order had shipped. For two days after this the FedEx tracking status read "label created" . I called the company who assured me my item had shipped out on the day I received the notification, and that the tracking information was wrong. The next day I called FedEx who advised me they did not have the package and had never picked it up. The company had only created a label. I again called the company who again assured me that my package had shipped when I received the notification. They did start a claim for me. Fast forward 2 more days, I again called and they assured me again that it had shipped, and that they could not cancel my order. I again informed them that FedEx does not have my package, I have not received it, and would like a refund. After a brief hold, the agent returned to the line to state that he sees where they started a claim, and that my refund will be processed. Long story short. I already ordered another dress from another company and received it. I will never order from Avenue again, and I will make sure everyone knows what scam artists they are. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received.
