Where do I start, 1st-Know that everything is made in China, don't get me wrong, there are "good" Chinese sites, this is not. 2nd-When there is something wrong(wiring) they give you assurances that problem will be resolved, it's not. 3rd-Emailed back and forth(over 10 times)with continual promises that they are doing everything possible, emails stopped when I contacted credit card co. to start investigation.

Absolute scam artists. I received a light, shipped from China, missing several key parts. Installation instructions were in Chinese only Customer service said they would expedite shipping on a replacement. I asked for tracking only to be told to go find the missing parts in a hardware store myself. The parts I did receive were cheaply made. They are refusing to replace or refund. This is a scam company. The reason shipping takes so long is so that too much time passed so you cannot file a chargeback on your credit card.

I bought 2 outdoor lighting from the website . You can tell it shipped out from China When the guy who renovated my house try to install it , it was impossible to install it . It is not for USA electrical system, So first of all why they send this to USA ? I send them emails that I want to return the items they said no problem but I just need to pay over shipping. I sent then the items back Since then i’ve been sending a lot of emails waiting for my refund , always the same representative is answering me by telling me they already refund my account and I should see it in 2/3 days but it’s been three weeks that I’m waiting for the refund and they always answering me the same answer. I spoke with American Express to dispute this charge . Don’t buy from them nothing!

site to escape absolutely ! the customer service is a disaster. i received a product that does not correspond to the description, i asked for a refund but i have to send everything back at my expense in china (from france, i let you imagine the amount)... no commercial gesture, except a miserable reduction on THE NEXT order. if already i am not satisfied with the first one there will be no 2nd one !! the answer of the customer service is inadequate to my request. I don't like to leave a bad comment but this is too much.

I have purchased an expensive chandelier from Avenila. It turns out that the light it emits is yellow-green, completely unusable. The description of the light on their website indicates "3-color light", and the aspect of the light is nowhere close to what they show on their website. I reached out to customer service to ask for clarifications and complain about the issue. After one brief contact, they stopped answering. After I posted a bad review on Facebook, someone responded (on FB) with an excuse that they had some email issues and will follow up via email. It hasn't happened. They are happy they took my money, and I am a very unhappy customer. Beware of buying from them, and spend your money with more customer-friendly businesses!

Their website is very modern and beautiful. I ordered a light fixture on November 16. I received a confirmation notice that indicated it might take 3-9 weeks to receive the order, which seemed like a very long time. It appears the item is coming from China, which was not clear on the website. It is now more than 9 weeks later, and every inquiry I send is met with "it will arrive soon" or "call USPS." I'm out $200 and still have no product. Avoid this company unless you like giving your money away.

I ordered some lamps long time ago, after months they canceled my order. They took my money and they haven’t payed it back yet. Please be careful.

Buyers beware!!! Avenila.com provided me with poor quality products that looked nothing like the images on their website, they were unable to fulfill my order and refused to provide me with a refund and their customer service was appalling. Couldn’t get a response from them for many weeks. Australians don’t buy from this terrible company.
