After my purchase, suddenly all texts disappeared. I never received my item. I then tried calling only to be hung up on over and over again.

I am chasing for an order placed of 800 dolars since end of October and they are not replying at all It’s the worst company I ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS

They burn out in less than 2 years. White acrylic turns yellow quickly. I have 5 in a couple lengths. All are burnt out except for 1/2 of one fixture. This is the second time I’m reaching out to them for issues. They just don’t reply.

I ordered wall art and it took 2 months to arrive, which was expected, but they did not send a finished painting - they sent a paint by numbers kit. No where on the website page or in the item description did it say paint by numbers. Plus they folded the canvas material and shipped it in a bag so it is heavily creased. Never ordering again.
