I haven't died my hair in over 17 years and Carmen Smalling did such an amazing job and made me feel confident in their products that it wouldn't damage my hair! I've head problems with stress alopecia in the past so was so scared my hair would fall out but I still have a head full of hair that feels soft and lucius. I absolutely love the color she suggested and now will go back to her and only Aveda from here on out cheers to 2021 and thank you !!!!!!

I purchased over $300.00 worth of my favorite Aveda products. I received my Order within 48 hours, well packed and no damage. All included offers were in the box. Our Aveda Salon is the best and we have many salons in our city and surrounding burbs. I'm not sure where all the ladies live who had so many difficulties but it certainly was not my experience. Thanks Aveda! I'm not sure where all the people with complaints

Really happy with my shampoo and experience with Aveda. Spoke with customer service about a product i received that didnt work for me as promised. She immediately refunded me while asking for my hair type. She suggested another and here i go trying this other one! The new one is just AMAZING!! Thank you :)

Recently I ordered some stuff from AVEDA online,due to Pandemic. My friend who is using there products for quiet sometime advised me to buy as they have all natural derived ingredients. I ordered stuff worth $ 175 ,my order took almost 25 days to be delivered due to COVID-19. After using I liked some of the products but 2 of the products started giving me some irritation on my face,as i have very sensitive skin. When I called customer service ,i spoke to ANNEITH and she talked to me very politely and gave me full refund for those 2 products. Really appreciate her for understanding the situation and excellent customer service.
