GET RID OF THE BOOKING FEE!!!!!!
I called an Aveda salon last night to cancel an appointment and the receptionist asked me if I was aware of the 30.00 charge to cancel my appointment (half of your service fee) I was SHOCKED!! People have things that come up, or they may be sick and can’t give a 24 hour notice of a cancellation. I actually went to Great Clips instead and got my haircut by a nice girl there and she did an even better job than the stylists at Aveda do. Plus I only paid 20 dollars for my cut including a tip. I have been a customer with Aveda for 13 years. With the way our economy is with people out of work post COVID-19 and things slowly starting to get back to normal, we shouldn’t have to pay a fee to cancel an appointment if we have things that come up. It’s ridiculous. I don’t think I’m going to come back. Great Clips to me sounds like a better option if I need a haircut plus it’s within my budget.
