VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I bought the whole Aveda Invati set for hair loss and I am very unhappy with my purchase as it did not work and did not do what it said it does at all, not only it didn't work also it gave me a very itchy scalp to the point that I had to stop using it however I kept using to give a good judgment and still very unhappy so I went back to the store (Richmond) and said to the staff that I spent a lot of money so the least I expect is not to get irritation, I was very unhappy with the the customer service as she said she is the only one and her manager is not in and she has no access to her so she gave me a bunch of samples of unrelated things and I had to leave. I had my receipt with me but it was more than a month I told her I work everyday and I didn't have the opportunity to take all the bottles and come to the store and I wanted to give it enough time to see if it works but she couldn't do anything and said she is not a manager, the manager is not available there most of the days. to conclude don't buy the invati hair loss it didn't do anything for me and it gave me a really itchy sensitive scalp that I never had.

Ordered aveda online. Took much longer than quoted for order preparation and delivery. I ordered little shampoo and conditioner sets for my guests and they didn't arrive for three weeks. Then I had to pay for the return shipping. Not worth it.

Very unhappy with the security of my data on this site. I complained to head office weeks ago and it's all gone quiet. Recommend you don't type in your personal details unless it's on one of their very few secure https:// pages. Unacceptable in this day and age.

Hi. I have had the worst experience at Gina Conway Nottng Hill. I have written to Aveda. Called the customer service line and nothing. In the more than 25 years, I have coloured my hair at some of the best salons in the world, I have never experienced such shoddiness from manager to head colourist.. I used to have a wonderful colourist, Janelle at Aveda/Gina Conway for more than 10 years. She left the country. I tried two colourist at her level: Sam and David. Sam was terrible and I had to get it redone by the senior stylist, Priscilla who was fantastic and who followed the instructions/shades left by Janelle. David was good but not fantastic. A few months ago, I asked for Priscilla and wasvtold her replacement was Lindsay who did her own trip on my hair - I asked her to follow what Janelle had done and she decided to do her own thing. My hair was uneven and all the wrong shades. I was told my the manager that she was going through a hard time! And I was being the difficult one because I was so dissatisfied with the colourists?! Loved Priscilla and Janelle and liked David for over 10 years. Lindsey redid my hair (only half-head so that the hair colour is totally uneven as she only works 2 days/week (booked) and I was traveling for a month) and did an even shittier job...perhaps she was going through an even harder time. And again she did her own thing when I specifically asked her to do what janelle had done. I wasted almost £300 on this and no apology. Shame on you.
