Utterly appalling service! I placed an order 6 weeks ago. Aveda have taken my money and I still have not received my products. Despite numerous attempts at emailing them and asking them for my money back, all I get in an automated reply. Attempts to phone them have been totally futile also and I end up waiting and waiting endlessly and no-one responds. Aveda's customer service is non existent. I wouldn't mind so much but they have taken my money and I have nothing in return. DO NOT buy from this company. The products are great but the service is utterly appalling!

Der Kundenservice ist im Grunde nicht vorhanden. Es wird weder auf e-Mails reagiert, noch funktioniert der Live-Chat und versucht man es übers Telefon, hängt man 30 Minuten in der Warteschleife bis dann die Leitung einfach unterbrochen wird. Wollte meine Onlinebestellung retournieren, da die Produkte einfach nicht gut riechen ... eher wie Arzneimittel.

Wederom helaas een slechte ervaring, voor de derde keer dit jaar producten besteld en niks geleverd gekregen. Ik ben al jaren een fan van de Aveda producten, maar ik ga ze nooit meer via de website bestellen! Ongelofelijk wat een slechte manier van met je klanten omgaan! Again unfortunately a bad experience, ordered products for the third time this year and received nothing. I have been a fan of the Aveda products for years, but will never order them from the website again! It's unbelievable what a bad way of dealing with your customers!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 150$ worth of product on after pay, hated it, called customer care to inquire about a return and was told I could take the products to a free standing aveda store for a refund on my debit card or mail my order back. I made the trip to the Nashville aveda store in green hills and was met with eye rolls at my children, hand waving as if to dismiss me, short attitudes and argument from the workers claiming that what corporate told me was incorrect but they could issue me “merchandise credit”. I was humiliated when I called customer care so we could iron out the situation and they asked to speak with an employee of the store I was at and the employee waved her hand at me as if my phone were disgusting and she was annoyed with me. I was ignored, talked down to, and they were argumentative with no effort to find a solution. I guess with aveda, the customer does not come first. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written about a company.

Naar aanleiding van Black friday heb ik bij Aveda een bestelling geplaatst. Het geld is onmiddellijk van mijn rekening af gegaan maar ik kreeg geen bevestigingsmail. Hiervoor heb ik een mail gestuurd maar hier werd geen gehoor aan gegeven. Na enkele dagen kreeg een mail dat mijn bestelling verzonden is, de bijgevoegde track and trace nummer werkt niet. Nu zijn we al een dikke week verder en ik heb nog steeds niet ontvangen. Ik heb ondertussen al mails gestuurd en 3 keer meer dan een half uur gebeld! Sorry maar dit trekt op niks!! Aub koop niks bij Aveda want het is schandalig!

I am VERY dissappointed about your customer service. I sent 5 emails, some of them a week ago. I called 3 times, was in the waiting line for over 25 minutes and then someone just hung up on me! What is this? I have been a lifelong customer and now when a product was already open and spilled all over my box and I need a replacement or at least help nobody seems to be responsible? Never again will I buy here, this is the worst customer service i have experienced in my life.

Poor customer service. I will never order or buy in their store again. Products are not that good!

Anche io, fatto due ordini, trattenuti subito i soldi con pay pal ma nessuna conferma d’ordine, nessuna risposta dal customer, niente... dalle pessime recensioni che leggo mi viene da dire che fra un po’ ci conviene aprire una class action... teniamoci in contatto qui!!! AGGIORNAMENTO: sollecitato numerosissime volte... mi hanno solo detto che nn trovano gli ordini, peccato che non sono stati così celeri almeno a dirmi che mi annullavano i pagamenti!!! Fine della fiaba: finalmente una mail con riaccredito...
