In all honesty if I could give a less than one star I would. This company used to be good and care about its clients. Now they take your money and leave you with nothing. I ordered about $300 worth of product on Black Friday. My order got canceled the next day. when I called back they didn't want to give me the discount anymore because it was no longer Black Friday. Finally, they agreed but they didn't tell me that their items were back ordered. So I got half of a product line. Then another item finally delivered two months later and the final product they keep saying I have but I don't or that it's still back ordered with no promise of when it will come in. I have called customer service multiple times and been pleasant they have refused to give me a full refund. They have also refused to substitute the smaller bottles of the larger product item I am I'm missing.the only thing they will let me do is cancel the one back ordered item which doesn't help when I'm stuck with the rest of the product line. I'm sick of excuses and I'm sick of this company. I will never buy from this scam of a place again and I hope this review serves as a warning to anybody else.

I made an order on 9th November (now it is end of January) never received it, got only once a useless reply to my complaints, still don't know if and when I will get my money back... Awful experience

I tried to make a return after their shampoo and conditioner ruined my hair. I used to have hair that could go a couple days without washing and still look and feel heathy. After using their product my hair has not been the same! Its been months. I attempted to make a return and In store and online customer service told me completely different things! The in store employees were very rude and unhelpful. I have reached out multiple times for online customer service and have sent emails and have not heard back and it has been over a month! If you purchase their product don't expect to reach a customer service representative any time soon.

ESPERIENZA ASSURDA! Siamo il 20 gennaio e sto ancora aspettando il mio rimborso per un acquisto mai generato (ma prontamente addebitato) risalente al 23 NOVEMBRE 2020! Stanno accampando ogni genere di scusa per non rimborsarmi, prima mi hanno detto che non potevano procedere col rimborso immediato perché c’era una contestazione aperta con Paypal e se volevo il rimborso dovevo cancellarla (cosa rivelatasi falsa perché paypal mi ha spiegato che si può sempre essere rimborsati dall’azienda anche in presenza di una contestazione). Cancellata (ingenuamente) la contestazione hanno detto che avrei visto il rimborso entro 7 giorni... sono passati due mesi e naturalmente non ho visto nulla. Li ricontatto e sperare Dio che rispondano a un’email o a una chiamata. Dopo 700 tentativi mi rispondono dicendo che il mio ordine non è mai stato generato e di controllare che effettivamente mi siano stati scalati i soldi, perché a loro non risulta e quindi non possono rimborsarmi. Naturalmente i soldi sono stati scalati eccome. Ma loro continuano a dire di no, che non possono in nessun modo rimborsarmi Perché alla loro banca non risulta alcun addebito nei miei confronti. Naturalmente ho tutti i dati, tutte le prove già fornite a loro per cui in quel senso mi sento abbastanza tutelata per poter sporgere anche un’eventuale denuncia. Mio consiglio che potrà sembrare ovvio ma ovvio non era per me: non annullate mai le contestazione Paypal perché dal momento che l’annullate state dicendo “ok il mio problema l’ho risolto” e Paypal non potrà più aiutarvi. MAI SENTITA TRATTATA COSÌ DA UN’AZIENDA. MAI.

the worst customer service ever! ....customer service doesn't exist. They don't pick up the phone call and don't reply to any emails. Terrible experience

Final straw getting any customer service from Aveda. I have wasted SO much of my time trying to fix an online order where I accidentally input wrong CC expiry. The order contained a bonus I really wanted so I couldn't just go in and redo it as the bonus was no longer in effect. They have customer service reps with zero training or desire to help. I am done with Aveda... A company not paying attention to online customers is making a big mistake.

Every review about Customer Service or more to the point lack of it, is spot on. The company needs a total overhaul. Using Covid as an excuse for the shoddy way they do business Is despicable. Their arrogant persona (like there doing us a favour) leads me to make the decision to no longer give Aveda any of my business including both products and services. Anyone know of another company that would like my business?
