I ordered 2 times through the website and chose same day delivery and overnight. Did not receive my packages at all. Called customer service, chat with live agent, still my case wasn’t resolved. They said they’re going to refund my same day purchase though. Honestly aveda online is the worst experience i’ve ever had here.

Schuhe bestellt, geliefert nach 3 Wochen aus China !!!! Kein Retoure Schein dabei ! Passen leider nicht. 5 mal Service angeschrieben, keine Antwort. Auch PayPal mit Verkäuferschutz konnte nicht helfen. Soll den Klageweg nehmen. Lasst die Finger weg, alles nur Betrüger !!!!! Betrüger, Betrüger, Betrüger !!!!!!!! Leider kann man keine 0 Sterne vergeben

Ich habe am 5.Juli Ware im Wert von EUR45.74 bestellt und nie erhalten. Nachdem es unglaublich langwierig war mit dem Kundenservice in Kontakt zu kommen wurde mir am 21.Juli bestätigt, dass die Ware 'wahrscheinlich' verloren ist und man mir meine Kosten zurück erstatten wird. Seit dem warte ich auf eine Rückerstattung (fast 2 Monate). In der Zwischenzeit habe ich mehrmals versucht mit dem Kundenservice in Kontakt zu treten, leider ohne Erfolg. Meine case reference: 06572280 falls, dass Aveda Team mitliesst. Schade, denn eigentlich habe ich Aveda Produkte immer gemocht.

I have never tried to use a more poorly designed/horrible performing website. Spent time last night trying to place an order - the website was so slow, I gave up after 45 minutes. Tried again this morning - same issue. I can't believe a company of this size would have such a horrible website. This has been going on for years.

I bought three of the products at the Troy Somerset Mall the beginning of August they seemed kid of pushy to sell their product on me. I should have said no but I didn’t. I bought their Nutri-Plenish the lady at the store wanted me to buy the mask for my hair which I’m glad I did not buy. My hair is thin and frizzy at the top, and thick at the bottom, I used the product three times followed the steps I was told and it never worked. What a waste of money and I deserve a refund. Even getting 20% off on the products instead of paying 130 it was only 100. It would only be worth it if it actually did work. There’s no complete instructions on the bottles of how much to use and how long to leave it on and that’s including the samples I got the Botanical repair intensive strengthening masque and the leave in treatment on the back it doesn’t say how much to use and for how long should it stay on for the repair. I was also told by the sales lady that I would get a text from her which I didn’t and I don’t remember if I became a member because it’s ridiculous to be charged and then find out you can lose your reward points. It makes more sense to buy other natural products like Bio Silk therapy or Matrix Biolage for 10-12 dollars. Go to Ulta and become a reward member for free and they have a good selection of natural hair care salon products.

To be honest I'm very disappointed with the service that I've received from Aveda so far. I have waited over a week for this order only to find out that the order wasn't sent after calling. They've had the funds pending for over a week and then inform me that it takes up to a week to see the funds in my account again. I didn't want to place a new order, I just want the items that I originally ordered, but placing a new order was the only option. I had a few issues with this: 1) one I've already wasted a lot of time trying to locate my order 2) I've been told that 5 of the items on the order are now out of stock. 3) because I used a discount code to place the order I now need to pay full price and they'll refund me the difference. This seems like a very dated process for a company of their size. You should be able to manually discount items and offer free next delivery without asking the customer to pay full price and then be refuned. I've yet to be provided with an explanation for this issue. To add to the already poor service, I sent them an email (Case 06723068 for you're reference Aveda) and it's been over 86 hours and I have not received a reply, even after stating that I am going on holiday this week so been to resolve the issue ASAP. As it stands their approach to resolving issues does not match the quality of their products, so unsure if I will order from them again.

I'm a 20+ year loyal Aveda client who had been saving up points for decades for the big vacation packages. Due to COVID and an overseas assignment, I hadn't been shopping at Aveda and just went to my account this weekend to purchase a few things. What a surprise that my account noted it had been "deactivated" and when I called customer service, I was told that all my points had been deleted when the new rewards system was installed. Literally told there was nothing they can do to help me. Ridiculous. There were no emails or warnings about this. If so, I would have responded. This is the worst care and concern about clients I have witnessed by a firm in a long time. Absolutely terrible. Aveda needs to fix this.

Rosemary & Mint conditioner Firstly , this is an expensive product and I cannot understand why in the world they can’t afford to print instructions on their bottles ?? I was told to look online !! Secondly, this is an inferior product which is watery and does little to condition the frocks. Smells nice ! Was told by Aveda that as this was sold by Amazon it probably isn’t legitimate !!
