I have been a faithful user of the Aveda color conserve shampoo and conditioner for many years. I am quite unhappy with the new fragrance. It is very strong and gives me a headache. So disappointed!

I have Been a loyal Aveda customer for last 10 Years. Since due to pandemic i wasn't able to go to a store and purchase any products. One day while visiting the store they stated that points are all gone and need to call customer service and she re-instated the account with points from that day. When i called customer service they cannot do anything and they are saying no rewards account found. Clear gap between store and online / customer service. During pandemic all major companies allowed the points to not expire but Aveda doesn't care about customers, all they care about is money. Yes the product is great but without customer service its not worth going there are always other products with good reviews

When I logged into AVEDA, a popup message told me that my reward was gone and forced me to click on a link that disassociates my reward program from my account. So after more than 20 years' worth of points is gone now because I have not purchased anything in the last 12 months. This is a scam. Also, the quality of the products has gone down over the past few years. I will not be an AVEDA customer from now on.

Horrific customer service. No coupons available for men’s products. Wish I knew a lawyer

I have been shopping Aveda products for about 20 years but in the last year, I have noticed they no longer carry some of the everyday products such as Mineral Dual Foundation in linen, Color Conserve shampoo/conditioner, and so forth. My last order was on back order and after waiting MONTHS...I reached out to them, and they finally decided to give me a refund. Their website is trash and it's sad that it has come to this, but I will not be shopping at Aveda ever again. PS: Please don't ask me to leave an email at: consumercare-soc with Trustpilot in the subject line. Your customer service wasn’t helpful in any way.

I just discovered that my reward points, which I’ve been collecting for 15-20 years and had accumulated over 50,000 are gone. When I contacted customer service they said policy says I lose my points if I don’t make a purchase within a year. This is unbelievable to me as I have been a loyal customer for decades and earned these points. To make matters worse I emailed customer service as I was given the name of a woman to direct my complaint to, and have not received a response. This is shameful.

Me dicen que me mandan una muestra al registrarme, me registro, me bombardean a correos y la muestra no me llega. Me piden opinión sobre el producto de la muestra, les digo que no lo he recibido y les da igual. Un timo. Eso si, sigo recibiendo dos o tres email a la semana. El producto me interesaba pero ya no lo compraré.

I posted on 23rd of December about poor customer services,missing order and no refund. Aveda responded with their standard reply as seen on other posts on TP, advising we contact them with Trust Pilot in subject box. Did this but still nothing, not even a reply. Obviously another scam to appear genuine. Avoid ordering at all costs
