My wife and I are TTC, and the band on her Ava Fertility Tracker 2.0 broke after a few months of use. Unfortunately the company doesn’t replace just the bands. Other than that, the tracker has worked well. For anyone interested in replacing a broken strap, you can 3D print your own adapter for a standard watch band, or just get one shipped to you. Just search Ava Fertility Tracker on Etsy. Hopefully this helps someone!

I purchased Ava while TTC with our second. We conceived our first using Fertility Awareness Method but since I was still not sleeping consistently through the night, I thought measuring my temperature might be difficult. I bought my Ava from a coworker who had used it to get pregnant. Once TTC, I used the Ava faithfully however there were a few nights that wouldn't provide data when I attempted syncing the next morning. This was frustrating as I had followed all directions and typically charged my Ava all day before using it at night. Because of this, I continued to use FAM in addition to using Ava. Thank goodness I did. I just got a positive pregnancy test based on the ovulation date I determined from tracking. Had I gone based on Ava, I would have missed by ovulation day (and fertile window) by 5 days! This was not the only cycle in which Ava predicted ovulation MUCH later than tracking with FAM. I want to clarify I did use the product correctly and faithfully. After my first inaccurate cycle, I did a bit more research to troubleshoot the issues. I would not label this product inaccurate/ineffective without being sure I did everything I could first to opitimize performance. Ultimately, extra data is never a bad thing, however I would expect that a product that costs so much be much more accurate.

Dear Steph, Thank you for sharing your feedback around Ava's accuracy. We want to make sure our users get the most accurate results possible. Some of the common factors we see impacting Ava's accuracy include how consistently a user has been wearing Ava, how long a user has been using Ava, and whether a user has irregular cycles. We are sorry to hear that you had syncing issues and loosing datat during the cycles definitely impacts Ava's algorithms prediction capabilities. We would like to fully understand what has happend here so we urge you to reach out to our Customer Success Team who would be happy to review the details of your specific case. Kind regards Your Ava Team

We had been trying casually for months and I was tracking my cycle on the calendar and estimating when I was ovulating. Not luck. After only one cycle Ava helped identify that I was actually ovulating a couple of days later than I thought and sure enough, I’m pregnant.

It does what it promises. Totally worth every penny. My two pregnancies are enough period for me. When your not currently TTC the data given is useful for health monitoring. All around great product

When I got my device I hoped it would help me to conceive and right after using it for 6 cycles it worked. It helped me to find out my fertile window.
