The absolute best way to track ovulation and your most fertile days!!! My husband and I wanted to get a head start on tracking cycle lengths and gather as much information as we could before we started trying. For 8 months I wore the watch at night and when we decided we were ready to start, we were able to get pregnant our first try with the information Ava gave us! So worth the money and I found it so easy to keep track of everything!!

After tracking with ovulation kits and trying to conceive for about eight months— planning around unconventional work and travel schedules to do so— my husband bought me the Ava as a surprise. After diligent use for just over a month, we successfully conceived and are expecting our first born next summer. It was the least stressful month of those which we’d been trying. I was actually able to wait the full two weeks to take a pregnancy test this time because we were so confident in Ava’s predictions. It really put us both at ease. We are both excited to continue tracking throughout my pregnancy with the Ava. Ava is easy to use, the app is helpful and straightforward, and we are grateful that it was recommended to us by a medical professional, (in an unrelated field, busy still reassuring)!

I got pregnant the first week of using Ava to track my cycle after entering the date of my last period. Unfortunately I miscarried at 12.5 weeks but I thought it was great it kept all my data from before I got pregnant so I could compare after I got my cycles back. I actually just found out I am pregnant again (yay!) and knew even before I took a test because of my increased heart rate, temperature and breath rates. I highly recommend Ava to anyone wanting to track their cycle or trying to conceive. The articles are great as well!

Ava has me ovulating 4 days before my actual ovulation. I switched to Mira and got pregnant in a month/one cycle.

The bracelet itself is ok. My band has now snapped (which I need to sort out!) and the charger takes forever. I would have to keep it on charge all day. Otherwise if I forget and I wear it through the night, by the morning the battery has gone and can’t sync. Other than that the software is actually quite good and so helpful when planning for a child. The first time round was extremely difficult but after being more relaxed before the second child the app worked out the dates and I fell pregnant quite quickly :) goal achieved and super happy xx

I’ve used Ava to conceive my first child. And just recently found out I’m expecting again and used Ava as well. So easy to wear to bed and Ava tracks all your important parameters and gives you very accurate cycle information which gives you the best shot at becoming pregnant. Definitely recommend
