I bought a package deal which included fog lamps, but the fog lamps didn't fit. I contacted customer service via their portal and received an email within hours. I sent a pic of the OEM lamps. They responded immediately with a set that specifically fit my truck and shipped them out that day. The website lists a phone number which I called but it's no good. Still, very impressed with the quick response and resolve!

We love these bulbs!! We own an automotive shop and when our customers ask about updating headlights, Auxbeam is our go to!! Recently had to request a replacement (as they have a good warranty) which was handled swifty!!

The headlights were bright and really lit up the road and made animal eyes vivid and road signs more visible. When one did quit working they were very quick to send a replacement and went above and beyond by replacing the whole order! highly recommend.

Auxbeam lights are very good for the price, they're bright, most have cooling fans, and they worked great. Had some hiccups along the way with the flashing brake lights losing the flash function and the lowbeam diode going out. I contacted Auxbeam and got the replacements sent in. Love the company and they've got great value for what you spend.

Had an issue with the switch after install but they replaced quickly and it works great. All communication by email. Would be easier and quicker if you could actually speak to a live person though. Phone number does not work.

I have purchase 3” pod light. Had issue on one of them with the DRL. Contacted auxbeam and the next day after. They send me a new set of pod lights. It was so refreshing to see customer at its finest. Giving customer the best experience you could get. Appreciate the help of Dorothy and the team. Will considering to purchase in the future.
