I wanted to switch out my RA60 3x3 panel to the slim panel, I emailed them and they were able to get the new penel shipped out for just the shipping cost. Very friendly, very fast. I also ordered the 7" lights and now the LED conversion for hi&low beams. Super bright, great quality. Could not be happier and my Silverado 2500HD looks great.

I'm doing a retrofit project and a issue came up with one of the light, I contacted there warranty department and they walked me through a confirmation to insure there was an issue. Replacement have been sent and I'm really surprised with there customer support, the light output are much brighter than another brand that does the same and has a much cleaner look to them.

I bought a pair of headlights back in March and one recently burnt out on me, I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly. They apologized for any issues and have mailed me a replacement pair. Excellent customer service!!
