I bought a sweater but the size isn't right - XL is like size 56 or 58 so XXXL. Other than that it looks very cheap so not worth the price. A compensation of US$4 was offered - which can only be described as a joke. Exchange not possible. Well, now I have a piece of cleaning that costs almost €50 and the security of never ordering clothing online again.

I ordered a shirt and pants. When they came they looked nothing like the picture. When i tried logging in into my account to return the items, the website said that my email wasn't registered, even hough they sent mails to my email account. I then wrote to the custermers service and asked them how i could return my stuff. They did not want to answer that. they said that i could get a 6 dollar refund. We have written emails back and fourth and they alway avoid my question on how to return the products. AVOID
