Easy and painless...

Could not access the cart on the website after choosing two items. Had to wait for a follow up email to complete the purchase. 12/16/2023: received items. Ad said they were made from Cashmere, but no materials tag on items, just pictures to guide cleaning. Material very thin, see- through, certainly not worth the the money. Tag said made in UK, but came from China. Can get better quality at Costco for same price.

It was easy to navigate thru.

I loved the products & the pricing. However I wish you had free shipping.

I did not want the shipping protection and you charge me anyways put a very very bad taste in my mouth to ever order again

There should be negative stars for the product and customer service. After waiting for weeks for the items to arrive, I opened them, and they were crap. I emailed the company about returning them for a refund. They replied for me to keep them and refund me $6, and I paid $66. After two replies to the same worded email the offer went to $12 and the same worded email. I guess in a few years of emails I may get my $66 returned. Never again will I order from them.
