Please do not buy from this company as it is not real genuine leather handbags your getting. I was looking forward to my handbag 👜 but turned out very disappointed. The bags are meant to be coming from Amercia, its not its from Yemen. Avoid this Company. Avoid, Avoid

I don’t even want to give autumn nook one star. We did not receive what we ordered. It was a different manufacturer. It was used. They were water guns and there was water in them when we received them and the logos were smugged. They won’t give us a refund….. well a full refund they wanted to refund us $4…… they truly are a scam and ruined a 5 year olds birthday present.

Autumnook is a Chinese company that lies online. It says the bags advertised are from a company in the US that is going out of business. They are not. The bags are not leather - they are cheap synthetic material that comes from China. They do not reply to their customer service emails. Do not buy from them.
