I really give this company 0 stars. I actually can't believe they have the nerve to even send such garbage. The sweater looks NOTHING like the picture and is a cheap poorly made piece of garbage. The phone number for customer service they give is someone's cell phone which is never answered. Sent an email and they offered $3.00 refund for a $30.00 sweater. After I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I will try to email again for a FULL refund. This is probably a sweat shop in China making this crap. This should be criminal.

only half the clothes fit. loved the clothes. in a panic. going on vacation and i need to exchange them for a larger size. Need help asap..

I ordered a sweatshirt color black by autumnook. I payed the amount USD 46,97 by paypal. I received it on the wrong color khaki. So I send it back to the supplier YUN in Otto-Hahn-Str. in Dreieich. Now I receive the package with the notice "reception refused". This is illegal. Autumnook is criminal. I transfer that to my attorney.

I ordered a sweater from this site and never recieved it. I've tried a few time to contact them, but they never contacted me back. I guess I lost 52 dollars. Complete scam. Do not do business with this site.
