do not buy from them!!! in february i bought a dress from them, the delivery was over a month late - the website said delivery would be around 10-15 days and i paid $6.99usd for it. i only got it last week. based on the measurement on the website i bought the largest size they had, but the dress wouldn't pass my thighs. i requested a refund (minus delivery fee) and they replied 2x with a ridiculous offer of $ 5usd and today $10usd! i paid $39.99usd (+ delivery fee), and im just asking for the cost of the dress! the cust serv is abysmal! they don't read your emails and just try to gaslight you with ridiculous offers! im not even sure the 'reviews' on the website r real as i look where to leave one and couldnt find it! do not be fooled. save ur money for somewhere else!

Jeg bestilte og betalte for en taske hos Autumnook d.23.2.2024,efter to uger bliver varen afsendt. Den 7.3.2024 modtager jeg en besked om at varen er blevet afleveret på min adresse,har ikke modtaget nogen pakke,rykker flere gange for min vare,de påstår at den er afleveret til retmæssige adresse,jeg har stadig ikke fået den.

I will never order anything else… thought I ordered two men’s sweaters.. I received cheaply made garbage..

I ordered a lovely top from Autumnook. But what they delivered was something else - a very cheap, trashy looking sweater that I wouldn't wear anywhere. When I contacted them they said to keep the sweater and give it someone and that they would reimburse me $4. I told them that was not acceptable. They sent me the wrong item. Then they offered $8. No, I said. It was their mistake, not mine. Then they offered $14. I finally said yes even though that was less 1/2 what I paid, because it just wasn't going to get resolved in a fair way. I would never deal with them again and I advise anyone to go elsewhere for their products.

I ordered 2 v-neck tops which bounced around the world before they finally arrived 9 weeks later. On opening I saw that the tops were not v-neck and the finish was awful and definitely wouldn't stand up to being washed. I sent an email immediately expressing my disappointment and asked for return details. To my horror they had the cheek to offer me USD6 and said I could keep the items I obviously declined as I had spent €51.02. They replied with another offer of USD12. This I have refused and asked them again for return details and adhere to consumer laws. I still await a response. UPDATE finally got a reply that I pay for the return postage and as that amounted to €35 and no guarantee of a refund I accepted their offer of 20USD. A total loss of €32 but lesson learnt. It's a shame as I have never experienced such bad service before. I see some people are very happy and can only think it's hit n miss.
