The staff was excellent. My old battery was 11 years old and had been giving me problems in the particularly cold weather. (-20) I still asked them to run a test on it anyway which they did twice just to eliminate any concerns over how their tester was working in such cold conditions. The staff presented 3 options for replacement that were all in stock. They were knowledgeable about their product line, offered to install it for free, on the spot, on a very cold afternoon. They were well qualified to do the work. Joseph B., the store manager went above and beyond to make this customer happy. I was well pleased with my experience and would recommend to anyone.

The Milford, CT Autozone is wonderful. Joshua went above and beyond in helping me change my windshield wipers in torrential rain and a giant snow storm was coming in the next day. Thank you, Joshua and Peter, for all you do.

Quality auto parts and great service. Usually I’ve always had great customer service at all locations I’ve been to, though on this specific occasion (Jan’25) I want to give a special shout out for Curtis, an employee of the McKinney/N. Custer Store #4261, he is the G-O-A-T going over above and beyond… hope he gets employee of the month, year, MVP and all that.

Awesome customer service! Mr. Isaiah J really went above and beyond helping me with one of my headlights in the freezing snow. I asked for help, he got the bulb to fix it turns out it was the wiring, not the bulb! and even told me to be careful driving home. The other guy that waited on me at first, I don't know if he was a manager or not he just said they couldn't look at other people's cars. We need more people like Mr. Isaiah J. I'm 77, by the way. Thanks again Isaiah, for looking out for us SENIORS!!!

Went to Auto zone which is new to Delhi,NY and was pleasantly surprised by their fantastic service The manager Joseph B actually installed my new Wipers and checked and filled my window cleaner They also were helpful in showing me all the choices and which they recommended will definitely use them anytime I need their products Five ⭐️all the way Judith

Went to Autozone on Greenridge St. in Scranton for windshield wiper blades. Was waited on by Juan N. who was polite and very helpful. He put the blades on for me and showed me how they come off and on. Also helped me buy a good window shield wash for the winter.
