Marvin at Autozone Customer Service department resolved my issue quickly. He was patient and realistic regarding my concerns. Autozone did well with the first lady that assisted me as well, I can’t remember her name. Just like I complained about an issue, I enjoy giving praise and thanks when due.

Outstanding Customer Service! My battery died & I called to ask the weight of a new battery as I am maybe 1 1/2 miles from Auto Zone & was going to walk up to get a new battery. Jack immediately offered to come & jump my car when he was done working. When he came my battery was really corroded & he left to get tools. When he came back he jumped my car, followed me to Auto Zone where Madison & Alex helped him take my old battery out & install the new one. After all that help they then wanted to help me pay for it. I wouldn't accept as I was already planning on giving them money to buy dinner as a way to thank them. (It was a Sunday after his shift when he could have been home with his own family) I can never thank them enough! They were absolutely amazing!

I've been by this Autozone in Milwaukee on Capitol Blvd. near N. 63rd a handful of times, and they genuinely try their best to help you out. The last time I went by last weekend was the best service of all. I needed a headlight replaced, but it was extremely cold (about 0 degrees or colder) in the middle of the afternoon. Well, I asked the young man checking me out if someone could replace a headlight in my car once I our purchased it. Initially he told me that it wasn't recommended when it was so cold. However, a young woman employee came over, and when he asked her she said she would do it. It took a few minutes and a short break to warm her hands, but this woman went above and beyond to help me out! This helped me immensely since I am an Uber driver and need everything working on my car...
