I went to AutoZone at 1801 North Frazier, Conroe, Texas this morning to purchase a battery for my 2016 Chev Silverado 1500 FWD. David was the assigned technician who labored in very hot and humid conditions to remove my old battery and install a new replacement battery. It was a difficult task to remove the battery that is very snuggly secured with a crossbar and several attached bolts that are hard to get to. Lifting the battery out in that there was little to no easy access. David did a superb job and he refused to accept my cash tip. David represented the brand well. I made sure to let his manager know about David’s efforts on my behalf.

Fantastic service for my 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE! I spoke to Ron at Auto Zone by telephone and he helped me tremendously in recommending the absolute right battery for my SUV. I checked quickly with my local Toyota dealership and the battery was a perfect match and better. The price with installation by on was about half the cost. I'm a disabled Veteran and I received a discount as well and he let me remain in my vehicle while he performed a very quick and efficient installation. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. I can't say enough good about the Management at AutoZone in Elizabeth City, NC. They saved me a lot of time, effort, and money and they've got me as an exceptionally satisfied customer! I had a great experience with AutoZone’s customer service today. My car battery was dead, so I went in to purchase a new one. A young man asked if I needed help installing it. I figured I’d at least get my core back, so I said Sure. I expected just a little assistance, but instead he said, “No worries, Sir, I’ll take care of this for you.” I was blown away by his service! He finished installing the battery, didn’t charge me for the help, and even made sure I got my core refund back. AutoZone, keep training your employees to be like this! Customer service was truly amazing. I felt like a valued customer .
