I’ve went to the picayune MS store many times over the years and have had good to great customer service. But over the last couple of times I’ve went there the woman Rajeev I think is here name has got to hate her job . Twice I’ve had to deal with her is bad first time I walked out because of her attitude. This morning 7/12 I was in a little bind needing a battery for my car so I had to deal with her I was the only customer in the store and she said she was to busy to install it . After a little back and forth she was going to do it this time but that she doesn’t have time for this . Never again if I see her in there will I buy anything again.

AutoZone online is rip off. Place an order got it wrong call customer service right away to cancel was told I couldn’t cancel. WTF. They didn’t have time to even process the order ? I had to take delivery and take to a store and get a refund less the shipping charge of $5. What a waste of time and energy. Just pick up from the store.

Worst mistake I ever made ordering online. They steal your merchandise, deliver it to wrong house. When I got in touch with them I showed proof it wasn't my address that the stuff was delivered to. They said they would investigate it, and refund my money back. Maria Rodriguez also informed me they would be in touch with me and I've sent them 2 emails since and have yet to hear back from them. Poor, horrible lying customer service representing. I wound up having to get in touch with my bank to dispute the transaction because aitozone stole my money and didnt deliver my merchandise that I paid for. Absolutely horrible company

Went in looking for parts for a headlight harness. Employee told me they don’t cary the parts, and to get something else (a 130$ kit) because “all those shit cars are the same anyways”. Found the part myself, employee refused to check me out and spent 30 minutes talking to his friend in the back instead. Went next door to ace and got the part (4.99$) in 3 mins, fixed the headlight in 15.

Terrible experience. Had to go to my bank to open claim and get money back.

After the AutoZone worker stole my $20, and after the manager and all of the employees lied to the Boston police about who the worker name was, and after the worker ask me to come outside and fight in front of the store, and the manager says not a word, and after contacting Amazon nine or 10 times they did nothing so this is how they really feel about our community…!!!

I ordered a part online for pickup at this store. Received an email confirmation with a barcode and all the order details. Went to the store after work to pick up my part, they stated I wasn't in the system, asked to speak to a manager because according to my email The parts were ready to pick up at this store. Manager Tony Smith came over said the same thing told me I could call a 1-800 number, then when I asked for the number he decided to call it and the lady stated that the order was picked up earlier that morning, I said I was at work until 5:30 I didn't pick it up, he then told me, loud enough for all the other customers in the store to hear, well you're the only one who knew about the part, I said I didn't pick it up and he said well I'll have to call LP and have them run the cameras back, I said ok fine because I didn't pick up the part, he then came back out went over to where they keep the parts for online orders and found my order and said oh an employee earlier clicked on the wrong name and proceeded to give me my part and pay for the antifreeze I put on the counter. He never once apologized for accusing me of trying to pick up the same part twice, he could use a refesher in customer service, especially since I didn't do anything other than come to pick up the part I paid for.

Came into the store and waited about 15–20 minutes while there was a line of customers inside. Both employees were outside doing maintenance on vehicles instead of helping people in the store. When someone asked, one of the guys just said they were busy. Poor customer service and very frustrating experience.
