trying to buy the battery, the guy told me they wouldn't help to install...it's snowing outside. What? It will be the last time I visited AutoZone.

I purchased a Bendpak lift from Autozone. It was not delivered on time. It was 3 1/2 weeks difference in delivery date. Then when it arrived it was the wrong one. I called Autozone Alpena and they said it wasn't their fault. They told me to contact AutoZone tool. So I called them and they said it wasnt their fault either and that I should call Autozone Alpena back. So I did. After a week later they said there are no lifts in stock and I would have to wait approximately 8 weeks for it. I told them I was anticipating opening my shop now. So I called Bendpak directly and they said they do have them in stock and available for delivery. I would not order through Autozone and order directly through Bendpak or whatever lift you want just dont order through Autozone. I am currently waiting for someone to pick up this lift I have . Autozone said someone from Bay City would come up and pick it up. So here I wait with no lift and delayed business opening. I will be closing my commercial account with Autozone when or if my lift ever arrives. Seriously a bunch of runaround. Seriously underwhelmed LAPLAUNT'S GARAGE! Still no oil shelf rack either. And I suspect the guy picking up this lift probably is getting an awesome deal on my misfortune! This has cost me alot of time and money! I regret ordering the lift through Autozone Alpena, MI.

Do not under any circumstances order anything important from them online. You will not get your parts on time regardless of when you order them and once they are shipped you are stuck until they arrive. Can't cancel the order. You will have to do the legwork to return them all while your vehicle is down. They lost a customer this time.

Watch your core charges they still charge you the tax on the core when you bring it in

Ordered online to deliver at home to get 20% discount. Parts next day by noon. Starting to work on car at 4. Order came open boxes and had tie rods. I ordered trans filter and 13 quarts fluid. Call customer service said will issue pickup label then send out parts. I need them today. Sorry can't do. Asked about store they do not have same system. I can order parts and pickup at the store. Said 20% off. Store can't do that and best he can do is 10% with managers permission. So Autozone messed up order, gave me a smaller discount, and I have paid for 2 orders. Waiting for a email with a label. Hope it comes, not waiting weeks. If you are planning on getting the correct parts shipped to you go elsewhere. If you expect good customer service go elsewhere.

One of the parts I ordered online was wrong. Called twice, emailed once, opened a dispute with payment provider. After weeks of going back and forth they wanted me to pay for return shipping. The part was a muffler so shipping is not cheap. What ever you do avoid autozone.com. I have had to return parts to other online parts stores and never had an issue.
