Usually have what you need, usually over priced. Been to many locations and find that every time I buy something "on sale" I actually get gypped and I leave and later realize I was charged full price, but CBA to get it resolved, so I just eat the difference. Why even have sales if your items never are priced correctly as listed on the shelf? Had numerous experiences like this.

I went at the auto zone in Egg harbor Township last week, employees wasn't friendly. Poor service I won't go back at this store

I went to auto zone in Rindge N H for oil. I wanted stp oil but didn’t see the word dextrose that was hidden by the shelf. I asked the clerk and he rudely came over and took it out. I then asked for the oil filter I had the number. He just said over there. I said don’t you help with anything and he rudely said can’t you read. My eyesight isn’t that good. I put the oil back and walked out of the store. Never going back there.

Went to exchange a battery today that was under warranty at the Fenton store. Holly H was rude and disrespectful when inquiring about the exchange. I will not be going back to this store!

I was going to the palm coast, FL AutoZone until they replaced the manager and staff. Very unknowledgeable, unprofessional, over priced, and faulty parts along with faulty warranty. I will never purchase anything from them again unless it's related to the warranty if they can even handle this. My recommendation is O'Reilly's who has knowledge if parts, and cars. Great people and great prices And parts.

Rewards program is a joke. Autozone employees need to be trained more effectively. I had $40 in rewards credits, went to purchase a part to find out my $40 was used in Florida to buy a part.I live in New York... I've had 2 transactions were the Autozone employee used their own rewards account to steal my points. Since this employee used their own rewards account, the part warranty was also under their name even tho it's my credit card used to purchase. They wont let me return the part. They advertise "didnt get your points? Dont worry we can scan your receipt " come to find out you can only do this 2x a month within 30 days.... I'll be shopping at Advanced Auto Parts from now on!

I'll never go back to autozone, the personnel at the stores are not even car smarts. Trying to sell me auto battery and spark plugs for a Chevy, when I have a ford!!!! Check out is a ZOO. Don't go here for parts!
