I’ve recently was scammed by a worker at Auto zone in Memphis Tn . I let a worker named Eli fix my car and he messed it up to where my car will not even start anymore . Please beware.

NEVER PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE FOR AUTOZONE! I placed an online order at autozone.com 07/19/2021 .My order was confirmed via email.I check my card to make sure the purchase was complete.Although they never charged my card I was told my shipment would come the next day . Still no charge , I called the next morning at 7 am and was told that I need to further confirm things with them and they couldn’t explain what I needed to confirm.So the gave me a 15$ gift card and told me my tracking number would be sent by email. It is now 11 pm at night and so haven’t received a tracking number so I won’t be getting order anytime soon. I just place my order at Advance auto parts informed them of the situation THEY HAVE ALREADY sent me a tracking number. THANKS ADVANCE AUTO PARTS! Your the best !

On July 12th evening North Avenue Bridgeport AutoZone store waited 45 minutes and still wasn't helped. There must have been at least six or seven employees working that night, or they thought they were working. I was returning a part that they gave me earlier and was wrong. Everybody seem like they're on their phone and doing everything but helping customers during that time at least five people just walked out the store couldn't wait any longer. That store has always been the worst and I'll never go there again, you'll be lucky if I ever hit AutoZone stores again.

I pick up a starter from autozone 4 days later give out and had to get towed and lost time at work and when I told autozone and they don't care can get a better starter at a junkkyard

Store4930 Ramsey St in Fayetteville NC, I was standing in line for bout 15min ,waiting to be helped, with nobody behind me. Then walks in this Hispanic man and stood behind me and waited for a few minutes then Erkia the co-manager starts to waits on him. I told her ma'am I was next in line , she responded oh ! check him out, then I'll get you. I said But I'm next , I ask why would you check him out and I've been standing here waiting patiently for you to help me. This man wasn't even on the property before me but she felt he needed to jump ahead of the line b4 me? They exchanged words in Spanish and laughed. I ask her why did she do that and why was I treated that way...she ooooh I'm sorry (sarcastic ) way. I will never go back to that Autozone to spend my money. She showed how Predjuices shows up in Autozone too! She knew better!

I am getting tired of the incredulous attitude from these autozone employees. Question: is there a specific AC gasket set for volvo? when I look there are yellow gaskets and the lp switch leaks with the green gaskets. Answer: I've never heard of that. actually the first answer was...So you want a ac pressure switch for volvo. NO!! I want a gasket set. Real answer: yes there is a specific set of yellow gaskets . Does it matter if you've never heard of such or you don't think it necessary? Absolutely not, the answer is either I don't know and I'll find out or yes there is. The wrong answer is, I don't know..... I understand companies are having a hard tme finding KNOWLEDGABLE employees, but apathetic lazy workers do more harm than good.

I don't like to say this but l worked for Auto Zone for 3 months ....in Middletown CT ..I would not advise any one even my worst enemy to work for this company ..and you definitely don't want to work for this mgr. Jarad ..he is the most difficult jerk l have ever worked for. If you or someone you know is even think ing about working here go anywhere else . This mgr.and the co are Horrible to work for.... Anything and lmean any reason that you call out they make you get a Dr note ..You will ask for a day off 2 weeks ahead he'll tell you Ok then 2weeks later when schule god up ..you don't have that day off ..He tell s you when you get hired he'll give you every third weekend off.. switching between him,myself ,and a 3rd mgr ...then you and the other mgr work every weekend... But gives himself every sat and Sunday off..Also pushed some of his work that his job on you . Like l said Jerk to work for.....
