I've been buying batteries for years but I had a great experience talking to Tyrone at the autozone in Oxford nc. He explained the difference in cranking amps and how to apply lubrication to prevent corrosion and the best warranty for the price. It made me feel like I to a course. He definitely deserves 5 stars because he's a great example of professional service.

I visited the Dunn Ave store in Jacksonville yesterday and I would like to take a minute of my day to thank the staff and manager for one of the best experiences I have had in forever. They took the time to help me with all expects of the problem I was having , “ wouldn’t want to see stranded on the side of the road,” was what they were saying. As a vet I even got a 10% discount. I commend the staff and appreciate the customer service.

1/23/20 Store #6448, Manager Tony was courteous and helpful in removing a pointed screw which had punctured my tire. He plugged my front tire and also applied applicable discounts towards my bill. It's always a pleasure to meet friendly and knowledgeable people. Thanks again Tony much appreciated.
