Had a rough time changing the oil filter on a 2020 rav4. Good luck to all that need to do that. George is an employee at this autozone on 4812 he helped tremendously from getting the tools and ringing us up. Very knowledgeable and perfect customer service. Thank you for your hard work

The store on Main St in Bridgeport was clean and organized. A salesperson was disinfecting the counters during my visit. Jory W, the manager was knowledgeable and very helpful. I purchased a battery, and he installed it for me for free! I would recommend Autozone for anyone needing parts.

Went to get a low beam headlight for my car. Who knew there were two different types of low beam headlights? I didn’t, but Angel did! Great customer service, was friendly, patient, and knew his products!! It felt good to talk to someone that knew what he was doing!!!

I bought 2 items today at Auto Zone online and there was error on the the store numbers. The store pickup was in Fort Myers FL address and the store # was in Tamara FL. After placing my order, twenty min.i went to the store in Fort Myers and the team member Liana went above and beyond so i could pickup my order at their store.Thanks a lot.

I went to the AutoZone at 3001 N. University Sunrise, Florida and made contact Nicholas Birtley (Employee) to exhange my car battery. Mr. Birtley provided me excellent customer service and exchanged my battery. He went above and beyond to making sure that I was given full attention. Mr. Birtley was very proffesional and courteous. I want Mr. Birtley to be recognize for his positive attuitude and understanding customer needs.
