Needing a battery Ok 9/10/20 I needed to purchase a battery for my equinox. The store on old trolley road didn’t have what I needed. Britni recommenced the store on Ladson Rd. Gary took care of me with great customer service. He didnt have experience with my type of car but Ben Ellis was very happy to help me. He was courteous and was knowledgeable. He helped me so graciously. As an elderly woman on oxygen , I was In much needed help. I will always recommend AutoZone to everyone. Thank you so so very much for all your help

I needed new windshield wiper replacements and had absolutely no idea how to install them or which kind to purchase. I was at the location in Darien, IL. Alex was the employee who helped me out and guided me into which wipers to buy. He also installed them for me with no problem! He’s the man!

We had gone to the AutoZone on E State Rd. 434 in Longwood, Fl. (location # 2470) Ivette took care of us. She was VERY courteous. Juan (the mechanic) tested and replaced our battery. He was VERY knowledgeable and skilled. Our overall experience was five stars and this is our 'go-to' place for any and all servicing from now on. Other service locations should model themselves after this one.
