Don't fall for their rebates. They make it purposefully impossible to retrieve an invoice with all the information that the rebate requires making all but sure that you will not be able to redeem. Go elsewhere. The company who manages the rebates will say they send an email saying what is required but its the same canned response everytime. ALSO, they do not actually send out the email stating what information is required (even though autozone's own online store does NOT provide all the information that their own rebate requires. ) Shady. On top of that, you are the one who has to email them to request what information is required and they take days if not weeks to respond.

Ordered 4 parts from their website. 1 was broken, 1 was completely wrong, the last two were the same part (headlights), an I only received 1 (of 2) headlights. Getting only 25% of my order correct means that I will never shop from Auto Zone ever again.

We Purchased brake pads from the eatonton location. My husband returned them before opening the box. The customer service person told him the money would be refunded immediately, It is now 3 days and we still have not recieved our money back. I called and the guy on the phone said oh no thats not true. It takes 3 to 5 business days. Thats mandatory. Second time we have had issues with auto zone for refund. Last time it was an online purchase which was suppose to arrive with in 2 days. It was over two weeks and everytime we called they would say it wasn't thier fault it was Fed Ex and they can't do anything.
